You walk us through everything you've planned - your venue, suppliers, timings and priorities. This allows us to understand your vision and how the day should flow.

2. Timeline & Production Schedule

We create a detailed wedding day timeline covering arrivals, set‑up, key moments, logistics, and breakdown, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

3. Vendor Takeover (2 weeks before)

We become the main point of contact for your suppliers, handling final questions and coordination so you can step away from logistics.

4. On-the-day coordination

Our team is onsite for up to 10 hours on your wedding day, managing suppliers, timings, and unexpected issues discreetly, so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
