1. What does a wedding in Portugal cost?

2. When should we start planning?

Ideally, 12 to 18 months before your desired date — particularly if you have a specific venue or season in mind. Portugal’s most sought-after venues book up quickly during spring and summer, especially in the countryside and along the coast. That said, shorter timelines are absolutely possible with the right flexibility and support.

As soon as you sign our agreement and confirm your deposit, the planning begins. You’ll receive a welcome pack with everything you need to get started, along with a tailored series of questionnaires. We’ll then schedule your kick-off call — the first step in a smooth, structured journey.


5. How does planning work from abroad?

Destination doesn’t have to mean disconnected. We schedule five milestone planning calls across your timeline, each with a clear purpose. You’ll also receive regular email updates, keeping you informed and confident throughout. We’re your eyes and ears on the ground — so you can plan from anywhere, with complete peace of mind.


6. Is insurance included?

Yes. We hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Your celebration is in safe hands, managed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail — always.


7. Can you help organise guest experiences too?

We believe your wedding should feel like a holiday — for you and your guests. We’ll happily provide a curated itinerary with optional experiences like wine tastings, boat excursions, wellness mornings, and cultural tours. It’s not just about the wedding day; it’s about the full experience.


8. What if it rains?
